If the authors have a serious and reasonable objections to the reviews, the Editorial Board makes an assessment whether the review is objective and meets the academic standards. In case of doubt about the objectivity or quality of review, the Editor-in-Chief will assign additional reviewers. Additional reviewers may also be assigned when decisions of the reviewers to accept or reject are contrary or substantially incompatible. The final decision on the acceptance, however, rests solely on the Editor-in Chief.
