Editorial Responsibilities
The Editor-in chief with the Editorial Board are entirely responsible for deciding which articles will be published. The decisions are based on the merit of the manuscripts and should be free of any form of bias: racial, gender, sexual, religious, ethnic or political. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor changes in any manuscript to meet the house style of the journal. There should be confidentiality in regards to the information and ideas in submitted manuscripts. The information and ideas should not be used for personal gain without the written consent of the authors. Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board shall ensure that the authors/reviewers remain anonymous during and after the evaluation process in accordance with the type of the reviewing in use. The Editorial Board is obliged to subject manuscripts to plagiarism test and inform the reviewers of the results.
